I blend evidence-based modalities like EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, and psycho-spiritual exploration. My approach is collaborative and attuned.

Together we will explore your inner world so we can better understand your current challenges and create space for your nervous system. We will work with talk therapy, somatic practices, parts work, mindfulness, EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, allowing for deeper access, insight, and emotional release within a safe, supportive container.
