I believe that you are the expert on you. I am here to support you in exploring your past, present, and future. I encourage you to identify your needs and develop your boundaries. I will teach you healthy coping skills to utilize outside of sessions.

Together we will create a treatment plan with individualized goals that you are ready for. We will use SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable, timed) goals to set you up for success within the time frame we will be working together.
