I utilize modalities such as CBT-MI, DBT, ACT, & other modalities to address problematic behaviors, trauma symptoms, & other concerns based on client's individual needs. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts & enjoy incorporating art into sessions.

have a military affiliation, individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, behavioral management, life transitions, and problematic substance use issues.
