I utilize modalities such as CBT-MI, DBT, ACT, & other modalities to address problematic behaviors, trauma symptoms, & other concerns based on client's individual needs. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts & enjoy incorporating art into sessions.

have a military affiliation, individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, behavioral management, life transitions, and problematic substance use issues.

As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I understand & enjoy the unique challenges & strengths of working with Veterans & service members who are transitioning to civilian life. I am passionate about giving back to this community & the First Responders community.
