I am empathetic and create a brave space for you to be able to share all parts of yourself. It is important to me that individuals feel comfortable to express themselves in a way that feels authentic. This is part of the healing process for many.

work on helping you heal from the distress you are experiencing. We will work on a plan together that addresses your needs, often checking in to ensure that we are addressing the things that are important to you.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing or recovering from trauma, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. I want to support individuals diagnosed with ADHD so they can feel connected with themselves, realize their superpower, and move forward with confidence.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help others realize their best potential and feel connected with themselves.
