Something to know about my approach is:

I use both evidence and strengths-based approaches and a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing. I frequently utilize my own life experiences as a therapeutic tool to guide clients through their problems in lives.

develop a good understanding why we would not let the “old wounds heal”. We would learn our own “fears” to allow changes in our lives. We would take it step by step to trust and empower ourselves to utilize fear feeling to turn it into inner power.

I specialize in working with people who:

Bilingual (Cantonese and Taishanese), multiple cultural, 1st generation, blended family background with 18 years of professional experiences. I work with young children, individual, couple, families. I provide parent training/coaching.

I became a therapist because:

I found ME that I want to be through psychotherapy. I had overcome my fear, shame, and doubt about my abilities. I can. You can do it too!

I love to travel to visit new places, to experience the cultures, traditions, and people. I love to try different food from all over the world. I have my practice because I want to help others to live simple, happy, and fulfill lives.
