Something to know about my approach is:

I believe that therapy should be a safe space to the individual. I can create that for you when you want to start services with me. I have worked with trauma clients as well as clients with issues with anxiety, depression, PTSD.

I myself have Dyslexia and HSP (Highly Sensitive Personality), which have presented challenges in my life, but I have learned to use them as the gifts that they are. For example, being highly sensitive enables me to be an empathetic listener.
