The approach I use is straighten-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, this approach is evidenced based to help you recognize your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and how they can affect one another. By adding in your straighten to help advance yourself

Understand why certain thoughts, behaviors and emotions are appearing when they do. We can build upon self-care skills for yourself. While reducing the unwanted feelings and enhancing the more desirable feelings to appear more often.

Teen girls, newly engaged couples and individuals, and are feeling anxious, depressed, and hopeless. I can help relieve the anxiety and loneliness, and help you become the person you are meant to be without the feelings of anxiety, or depression.
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist because I wanted to become the therapist I never had. With needing the unconditional positive support regard.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We can meet at my centrally-located office during the week. I also offer therapy through telehealth, we can meet at a place that bests suit you.
