Something to know about my approach is:
I primarily use Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy to heal trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use Non Violent Communication, and the Enneagram as tools to help you build healthy relationships with others. I am a Level 2 trained IFS clinician.

get you in touch with your body, reprocess traumatic memories, help you understand yourself in new ways, heal parts of you that need help, help you learn skills to deal with anxiety and depression, improve your relationships, and slow down.
