My main focus in therapy is to help clients move towards their goals, reduce their anxiety and stress, and to get out of autopilot and start living again.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationships, family issues, women's issues, binge eating and disordered/emotional eating. I have experience with a few different interventions that I integrate based on the needs of each client.

I tend to work with adults aged 20+. I strongly believe in adapting my approach to each individual client. It's important to me to get to know every client's background and style to find the approach/intervention that works best.
