My specialty is trauma. Trauma comes in various obvious and subtle forms. You may not even be aware of trauma you carry with you that affects everyone around you. Drinking, depression, scrolling are merely symptoms of underlying traumas.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist after being given a traumatic medical diagnosis. My passion to help others heal became the impetus for my purpose and future.

Lake Chelan has incredible vistas and landscapes for healing. Equine-assisted and EMDR are the primary tools to compliment the serenity of the valley.
