I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, insecurities. Adults with ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, "Twice Exceptional," etc. I love folks who are neurodiverse, "think differently," or feel like an outsider. I work with polyamory and LGBTQ+ communities.

I became a therapist because:

I'm genuinely curious about people's strengths and stories, and I want to help.

All around Western Washington are beautiful mountain ranges, an intimidatingly gorgeous volcano, and amazing people.
