I became a therapist because I’m drawn to helping people reconnect with themselves. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood and supported, and no longer have to carry everything alone.

With a background in electrical engineering, I understand what it’s like to push yourself hard and operate at a fast pace. My practice supports high-achieving adults who want to feel more grounded, balanced, and aligned with themselves.
