I'll create an experience and space that is safe for you. I'll help you let go of old fears or conditioning from the culture that hold you back from feeling worthy. I do NOT focus on, 'What is wrong with you?' I ask, 'What has happened to you?'

Work to help you let go of old fears or conditioning that hold you back from feeling truly comfortable with yourself. We'll identify subtle sources of self-judgment that create suffering for you, and work to heal these on a deep level.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have adult ADHD, need help healing trauma, improving self-worth and recovering from toxic religious or other systems. I also help people learn how to flow stuck emotions and express themselves. We'll work to transform your fears on a deep level.

I became a therapist because:

I saw how people suffer from personal and collective sources of trauma and shame-based judgment. I felt drawn to help people become free from these.

I currently offer individual therapy for adults, through online telehealth only. We'll work to help you become comfortable using your genuine voice to meet your needs. I provide free 15-minute phone consults.
