While I can offer a mix of both medication and therapy as a nurse practitioner and trained therapist, there is never an obligation to do either. Together we will come up with a plan for what you are most comfortable with that matches your needs.

We will complete and in-depth assessment to determine what is affecting you the most, and create a plan together to address any struggles. The goal is for you to be feeling like your best self so you can reach your full potential.
