Conner Schilling

I will treat you with genuineness, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I am trained to view my clients not only as individuals but as part of the many systems that make up society.

You will decide the direction that we take in therapy. Through this process I will offer both support and challenge as need be, but never cast judgement upon you. You are the expert in you own life, and my role is to help you find your own answers.

Relaxed, caring, and thoughtful. In my office you will be listened to, respected, and challenged as we work together on the goals of your choosing.

I am additionally trained in working with couples and families, though also enjoy working with individuals. Some areas I particularly enjoy are Men's Issues, spirituality, life transitions, and anxiety.

I am passionate about helping others better themselves and get to a place in life which they are confident moving forward.

As someone who grew up in the PNW, I love the outdoors. Whether it be hiking, sports, or simply lounging around, being outside is where I find myself at ease. Serving the area that I grew up in is a privilege. I hope to hear from you soon!
