I believe that everyone has their own, unique answers to their issues. My role is to, first help you discover your own true worthiness. Then to help you find your answers and put them into practice to become a confident successful, 'true' you.

We will explore those issues most important to you. Learn ways to directly address and resolve your current problems, while discovering and healing their underlying causes and origins. We will work towards building confidence and full self expression

I am told that I am kind, gentle, intelligent, and 'real'. I am non judgmental, and work well with all genders and people from any background.

Clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, or feeling unfulfilled. People who are looking for meaning and authenticity in their lives. People who struggle to manage feelings and relationships; or are dealing with grief and difficult life events.

I am English, but have lived in the US for 30 years. I like my sessions to be informal and 'laid back', and I believe that the relationship between my client and myself is of paramount importance, so that we work together on finding our way forward.
