I am "parts driven" (Internal Family Systems approach). We operate within multiple systems -work, family, communities, school - that all have their own unique systemic influences. We each have internal qualities that help us navigate our world.

I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist by listening to the friends and mentors surrounding me who continued to say, "You'd be good at therapy".
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am located only 15 minutes north of Spokane/Mead area. (North Spokane County). Lots of parking and less traffic.

I offer a systemic lens to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am person-centered. I have training in multiple modalities including Gottman, EFT, IFS, and LIfeSpan Integration trauma therapy.
