My approach is very relational and strength-based. I work hard at establishing rapport and trust. I draw a lot from feminist and multicultural psychology. I often provide psycho-ed about self-compassion and challenging automatic negative thoughts.

I work with people who are in search of hope and inspiration. A lot of my clients are looking for connection with others and themselves. Sometimes the folks I work with are afraid of being negatively evaluated by others.

I offer evening appointments M-F. Appointments with me are regularly 50-minutes long. We meet on a weekly basis, on the same day/time.
