I help people identify how and where we block and store emotion and energy in the body, understand how that is connected to wounds from trauma as a child and as an adult, and connect with nature as an ally on your healing journey.

I help you make sense of what you are going through, see your blind spots, embrace your strengths, equip you with coping skills, help you find your own road map, be with your feelings, and become your favorite version of yourself.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adult women. I specialize in PTSD, Bipolar, grief work, shadow work, depression, anxiety, and how to connect with yourself and others.

I became a therapist because:

It is beautiful and meaningful to be invited into a person's inner world to help them unpack their pain, grow and heal.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am primarily Telehealth. I also meet with clients in nature in the North Sound region for outdoor sessions to foster connections with nature.

My other work is as a Nature Guide, teaching about native, edible, medicinal plants, their emotional and spiritual healing properties, and ethical and spiritual foraging practices.
