I deeply respect each of my clients and their experiences. I offer a warm and welcoming space where you'll feel truly listened to and understood.
I work from a holistic and person-centered lens. I consider ways in which our experiences are shaped by the world around us and I value nurturing connection and self-awareness, empowering clients to feel in control of their emotions and behaviors.
I work collaboratively with my clients to create goals for our time together. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, overwhelm, family conflict, child behavior, parenting, school avoidance, confidence building, and processing traumatic events.
I have extensive experience working with children and families who are struggling to feel connected, managing big emotions and behaviors, and who may be neurodivergent (ADHD and Autism). I also provide support for parents who are feeling overwhelmed.
I have always cared deeply for those who have felt 'left behind'. I want to help people feel seen, like they belong, and feel whole just as they are.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions from my office in Downtown Edmonds near several restaurants, parks, shops, and walking distance to the ferry.
