I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed. You may be absolutely overwhelmed with life lately. Life changes, new jobs, and family changes are often major stress. My clients are often exhausted and feel like they are about to give up.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I enjoy emotional level truthful conversations. Studying mental health is also something I'm very passionate about.

My telehealth office is very flexible and convenient. It is a place where a client can be who they are without judgment.
