While raising 6 children, some with ADHD, I was widowed and remarried. This motivated me to learn how biology and psychology intersect. Challenges with mood, communication, relationships, or past trauma can be overcome and lead to greater joy!

Explore new perspectives, facilitate improved communication, and resolve conflicts. We'll identify the meaning we assign to the events of life and explore alternate interpretations that are more productive. We resolve the past to reframe the present.
