My goal is to create a safe place for you to be real in your struggle and to move toward healing. I see things from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens --- helping people heal from the past and build a more fulfilling future.

I specialize in working with people who:

want to build stronger and healthier relationships, heal from past experiences, find freedom from fear, shame, hopelessness. I also support clients in sorting through cultural identity issues and family relationships.

I became a therapist because:
