I have specific training working with military families, and am licensed as an addiction specialist as well as a mental health counselor in multiple states. My focus is anxiety, depression, life changes, transitions, self worth and addiction.

Start where you are, in your quest to find peace, happiness, success, or whatever other goals you desire. My goal is to help you to reach your highest potential. I view counseling as a partnership, where we will work together to reach your goals.

Are feeling trapped, Stuck, Feeling like they just need a helping hand, Overwhelmed, Stressed, At the end of their rope, isolated, anxious, depressed, trying to solve the problems of others or live up to their expectations or just want to improve.

I became a therapist because:

I like to be an agent of change and to see others transform to be able to live their best lives, whatever that may be!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I live on the beautiful North Carolina coast and work from home with my two spoiled cats (you may see). I provide remote services to SC and FL also!

I am a big fan of Harry Potter and Chef Gordon Ramsey, my wife and I love to travel, especially on cruise ships and we enjoy exploring new restaurants and experiences in the local area as well as riding my motorcycle, kayaking, and boating.
