You feeling safe is key in session. I take the time to understand who you are as a person and believe that you are NOT your problems. I like to use different modalities depending on what you need and your goals.

create a fulfilling life, make peace with food, learn to trust your body, channel uncomfortable emotions, accept your true self and build a soft landing place to heal and recover.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with eating disorders especially binge eating. I help you find more helpful coping mechanisms, welcome emotions and befriend them. I believe in the wisdom of our bodies and emotions but too often we have been taught to disconnect from them

I became a therapist because:

therapy saved me a while back and I believe in meeting key people in our lives who can change our path
