I specialize in working with people who:

I work with children and adults, specializing in anxiety disorders across the lifespan, women's issues, supporting parents, and neurodivergent populations. This is an inclusive practice, currently scheduling in-person and virtual appointments.

I became a therapist because:

I am a generally curious person, welcoming opportunities for new connections, to learn, be stretched, and grow.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer Walk-and-Talk therapy if you'd like to get outside and move. My office is also a cozy private space to talk, do Art, to ease into therapy.

I have more than 20 years of experience working directly with Drs. Gottman in clinical, educational, & research settings. I am always learning and would welcome the opportunity to learn what it is to walk this life in your shoes.
