About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

As a queer, neurodivergent counselor I'll accept you as you are. I love to encourage, in gentle but direct ways, folks to live life more fully!

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I'm invested in de-pathologizing our experiences and deconstructing societal narratives/practices that prevent people from being able to live authentically in safe and joyous ways. I belief your struggles highlight your growth and that you matter.

  • Together, we will:

Identify your values and sense of self. This is the foundation to align your actions, relationships, and dreams with your authenticity. We may do trauma work, parts work, attachment work, etc. to build on that foundation towards the life you deserve.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Have traditionally put others first but are ready to make themselves a priority. Most folks I work with have some historical or relational traumas and are working to recover their sense of self so they can better connect inside and out.

  • I became a therapist because:

By knowing more about others, I've been able to learn more about myself and how I can support positive change in the world that aligns with my values.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

As an online provider we have a more accessible platform and, while we can, we don't have to fight traffic or skip sessions when we're out of town.

  • More about me and my practice:

I'm not a worksheet kind of counselor (no shade), instead I encourage folks to use their attention and courage to investigate and take action in their own lives. Integrating felt actions helps people feel safe, empowered and confident to go further!
