Are highly sensitive individuals, perfectionists, people-pleasers and helpers/healers. Our work together involves turning the focus back onto you, understanding your emotional needs, setting boundaries, and creating space for more joy in your life.

I became a therapist because:

I love discovering the uniqueness of each individual who enters therapy and feel honored to collaborate and support the growth journey of another.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I previously worked in the city of Portland and now offer virtual sessions from a beautiful natural setting on the Oregon coast.
