My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I integrate EMDR, somatic practices, DBT skills, mindfulness, and Gottman couples therapy to support trauma recovery and healthier relationships. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you—you won’t be pushed to share anything before you’re ready.

Together, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. We’ll gently work through past experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and build the skills that help you feel more grounded in your life and relationships.

My clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. They appreciate having a space where they feel deeply heard, supported, and able to share openly without fear of judgment.

I specialize in working with people healing from intimate partner violence, sexual violence, childhood abuse, and complex trauma. I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier patterns in their relationships.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve spaces where their stories are met with care, curiosity, and compassion. Supporting people as they reconnect with their strength, voice, and sense of possibility in their lives and relationships is deeply meaningful to me.

My practice is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions across Washington, working with individuals and couples using EMDR, somatic practices, and Gottman-informed approaches to support healing and lasting change.
