I typically see clients Monday-Thursday from 10am-5pm.
My clients describe me as:
a therapist who walks alongside them during their healing journey. Clients describe me as empathic, sensitive, trauma-informed, and intuitive.
Something to know about my approach is:
I believe that you already possess everything that you need to engage in your healing journey--my approach is to help guide you to trust the knowledge you already possess, in a non-pathologizing space where we learn about you, together.
Together, we will:
gently and compassionately explore your trauma history, anxieties, and the "dark-and-twisty" spaces that you may have mashed down, in order to survive. In our therapy space, we will unpack and welcome all of the parts that come together to make you.
I specialize in working with people who:
are trauma survivors--specifically those who have experienced intimate partner domestic violence and/or sexual assault, along with childhood trauma. I also enjoy working with individuals who experience anxiety and are undergoing life transitions.
I became a therapist because:
I know the difference it can make to feel truly seen and heard. I cannot imagine working in another profession.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I keep essential oils, fidget toys, stones, crystals, tea, and snacks in my office in order to support you staying grounded and present in your body.
More about me and my practice:
I take a holistic approach in my session, integrating what is happening not only in your mind, but also in your body. We will pay attention to the entirety of your experience and gently and bravely move forward together.
