I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, chronic illness, eating and body image concerns, those who are exploring matters related to identity, culture, sexuality, gender and neurodivergence, who are facing family of origin concerns, and those exploring the impacts of trauma.

Our work together will seek to unearth and honor your true essence, what you value, and who you want to be in this life. I will compassionately hold space for you as we sort through your hidden parts, deconstruct long held beliefs, approach your fears, and sit with your grief. I promise to meet you with non-judgement, humility and an easygoing curiosity.

Clients often tell me they feel safe and seen in our sessions. They describe me as calm, grounding, and practical, offering tools that actually work in real life. People notice that I’m honest and direct, but also encouraging and warm, helping them face fears, navigate challenges, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had.

I practice from the perspective of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and incorporate a combination of approaches including DBT, IFS, exposure, and psychedelic preparation and integration. My lens is informed by humanistic, experiential, and anti-oppressive frameworks.
