I like to bring brain science into therapy to help clients understand what will help them be successful in making changes. I will always ask what the best use of our time is, and my clients control the direction of their therapy.

Together, we will:

set goals, create an actionable plan to reach goals, and continue to evaluate the process and where we're seeing success. We'll also look at ways to practice maintaining outside of therapy sessions.
