Together we will work to restore ballance and a sense of wellbeing. Many of my clients begin therapy in response to anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma, family conflict and other areas of challenge.

I specialize in working with people who:

I speacialize in working with individuals and families who are struggleing with depession, anxiety in addition to many other emotional challenges. I offer office vistes and also offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and am certified in Eagala.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist after having been in therapy myself as a young person. I have a deep appreciation of the value and healing therapy can bring.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is located at our private equestrian facility in Ridgefield Washington. Our therapy space is extreemly private and confidential.

I have been a therapist for over twenty years. I love my work and am so happy to be able to offer therapy in office and equine assisted psychotherapy. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and beleifs and value respect, kindness and collaboration.
