I utilize a variety of approaches such as EMDR, CBT, trauma informed goal setting therapy, and pain reprocessing therapy to help you resolve past trauma, stuck points, and reduce your anxiety . Burn out and compassion fatigue is very common as well.

I specialize in working with people who:

I use a variety of methods to help people with their goals. I work best with neurodivergent persons, geeks, gamers, people with a sense of humor, people who love their pets, mild autism and people with ADHD. I am great at "adulting" for young adults.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help people and to help people improve their lives. I believe therapy is empowering! I People who do therapy are brave!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I understand geek and gaming culture. I love LitRPG, games, graphic novels, and books. I love to craft and I am a good idea person. I love pets too.
