I have a rich history of knowledge with mind/body/spirit connection. My approach is holistic and integrative; I utilize multiple tools/approaches when helping my clients. I also intuitively listen to what is not spoken to help shed light on issues.

I specialize in working with people who:

Suffer from high anxiety, nervous system dys-regulation and are in PTSD loops. These are often people who are more empathic and overwhelmed in life. Dissociation is a common symptom of the above mentioned, I help people get back in their bodies.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about helping people navigate the impact of their trauma. I have walked this path myself and am committed in other's healing journey.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer tele-health and am flexible for those who prefer video or phone sessions.

I've been a bodyworker for over 25years and have held space for many people who struggle in their lives. With the combination of experience working with clients as well as my life long interest in the healing arts I have cultivated a rich skill set.
