I care deeply about my clients and don't claim to be the expert in their lives. My approach to therapy is genuine and holistic and incorporates CBT and mindfulness techniques. In my sessions, I use honesty, humor, and empathy to empower my clients.

explore, on a larger scale, what things brought you to therapy. We'll explore relational patterns and what brings anxiety and worry to your every day. From there we'll find ways for you to process your emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.

are experiencing challenging life transitions, struggling with racial identity, and/or wanting/needing to establish healthy boundaries with themselves or those they love.
I became a therapist because:
