I specialize in working with people who:

I use EMDR for clients that have a history of trauma. I see clients with substance use, anxiety, depression, codependency, and perfectionism issues. I help clients achieve freedom from limiting beliefs, and compulsions.

I became a therapist because:

I learned empathy and compassion from an early age which led me to be an attentive listener and to have an interest in becoming a therapist.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I see clients through Telehealth and in person on Wednesdays.

More about me and my practice:

I have worked in substance use treatment centers and as a mental health therapist providing substance use disorder and mental health treatment and assessments. This has given me a strong understanding of substance use, mental health & trauma.
