Weekday mornings-afternoons
My clients describe me as:
warm, empathic, collaborative, nature-connected, and empowering.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am an integrative strengths-based and collaborative therapist who provides nature-based sessions to help you reconnect with yourself and your loved ones.
Together, we will:
Clarify your desired areas of growth and co-create a plan for achieving those goals. This may include supporting you through grief and loss, eco grief/anxiety, depression, or feeling like you aren't sure of who you are.
I specialize in working with people who:
Motivated to engage in therapy to help themselves and/or their relationships. When supporting those who are grieving, I prioritize creating a supportive environment as the ability to move in and out of grief and integrate it into their life.
I became a therapist because:
I love helping people restore and strengthen their connections with their partner(s) and themselves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I take our sessions outdoors (if appropriate) in Ballard where we can walk or sit watching the bay and listening to the waves or hiking.
More about me and my practice:
I am working to create a values-driven practice where I can work toward social and environmental justice and support individuals and relationships who might otherwise not have access to nature-based therapy.
