My clients describe me as:
Authentic, warm, open, compassionate, empathetic, engaging, curious, non-judgmental, supportive.
Something to know about my approach is:
The approach I take is that of cultivating a healing and safe relationship; one that allows you to show up as you are and leave feeling emotionally held and respected.
Together, we will:
Work side by side to uncover the strengths that already exist within you. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is formed through authentic connection and loving presence, and I strive to hold a safe space for curiosity and growth.
I specialize in working with people who:
Experience shades of depression and anxiety, attachment wounds, and struggles around life transitions. As a member of the queer community, I also hold space for those who have felt marginalized or “othered."
I became a therapist because:
I have personally experienced how transformative therapy can be when working through trauma and life struggles. It is an honor to do this work.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I can provide virtual sessions anywhere in Washington State. I also provide a cozy office space just outside Seattle in Burien, WA.
More about me and my practice:
I offer a free 20 minute phone consult. As an out-of-network provider, I can provide super bills to possibly get reimbursed by insurance.
