I specialize in expressive arts therapy and invite my clients to explore their creativity but it is not a requirement. I consider myself a relational therapist and believe the best therapy happens when my clients feel safe & genuinely seen and heard.

In-person therapy sessions take place in an inviting, fully stocked art studio in Ballard, Seattle. I also offer sand-tray therapy!

I have practiced therapeutic arts for 15 years and a professional psychotherapist for 2 years. I am on the board at The Northwest Creative & Expressive Arts Institute. I am interested in energy medicine, spiritual healing arts, and depth psychology.
