My approach is rooted in neuroscience. I keep up w/ current research & how the brain works. Practices & inquires help move folks toward untangling aspects of the mind, leading to clarity, coherence & stability so they can be more flexible & adaptive.

I offer both virtual and in person therapy. My office is blocks away from the light rail in the University District. One hour free parking is offered.
