Change requires feeling and thinking in new ways. Our bodies hold a great deal of wisdom. Bodies hold our pain as well. I work from a somatic/systems approach with an eye towards attachment as we work together towards your goals/needs.

As we work together, we will establish trust in each other. I will provide you with supportive holding as you begin to name experiences of anxiety, depression, controlling/narcissistic relationships and groups, career/life desires and waymaking.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with folks who have experienced controlling and narcissistic relationships, family of origin neglect and abuse, identity development, power struggles at work and home, career and vocational waymaking, and other distressing experiences.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist as a second vocation. I believe that we have the greatest passion in the areas where we have experienced difficulty and harm.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have chosen and curated an office overlooking the Dyes Inlet in Old Silverdale. The goal: to create a safe/supportive environment for our work.
