As a trauma informed therapist, I believe that the experiences and relationships that we have impact us throughout our lifespan. I am an EMDR therapist and am also trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about mental health because of my own lived experience with ADHD and family struggles with depression and anxiety.

More about me and my practice:

I have been in mental health since 2016. I began my practice working with at risk youth and their families. Most recently, I have been working with ages 6-50 on an individual basis. I specialize in trauma treatment with the use of EMDR.
