I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced complex trauma: child abuse/neglect/sexual abuse, PTSD, traumatic events; mood issues: depression, bipolar disorder; anxiety issues: OCD, social anxiety; oppression: ableism, anti-blackness and/or -LGBTQIA+

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help people understand themselves better, bolster their strategies for coping, and help clarify healthy ways to get one's needs met.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth care to ensure that chronic conditions, public health events, or access to resources do not create barriers to care.
