About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Compassionate, transparent, supportive guide to deep self-reflection

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am Black, queer, american - which does not mean much because we all experience intersectionality differently. I regularly interrogate white supremacist patriarchal systems to be more open, and to live and provide care authentically.

  • Together, we will:

Explore what is happening for you, learn your strengths, and develop additional skills to move you to a place of increased ease.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Experienced child abuse or neglect; experience stress related to perceived ability, anti-blackness, -POC, -LGBTQIA+, and other oppressions; want to develop skills to help with understanding/coping with emotions in life issues

  • I became a therapist because:

I wanted to explore how the mind works & the ways we get needs met. The human condition is tough, I appreciate the opportunity to provide support.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Online care ensures chronic conditions, public health events & other logistical concerns do not have to be a barrier or sudden interruption to care.

  • More about me and my practice:

As mentioned above, I've studied aspects of mind and emotion states for years. I look forward to helping you explore yours to move you to more grounding and ease.
