I specialize in working with people who:

need help working on boundaries, people-pleasing, relationship issues, grief, and past hurts. The people I serve may experience anxiety, depression, overwhelm, difficulty regulating emotions, or low self-worth.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help others grow and heal. I believe we are not meant the carry these burdens forever, and we can be set free from them.
