I have 7 years of experience working in a variety of settings and serving a diverse population of clients. My training is depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and life transitions. My approach includes CBT and motivational interviewing.

Substance use, anxiety, depression, changing careers, interpersonal conflict with others, racial disparities, discuss how traumas affect our emotional health and how cope with daily life stressors.

I want to help people improve their emotional health. I am a social worker by nature and saw a high demand for therapist during the pandemic.
