I am dedicated to helping adults overcome stress, anxiety, substance issues, interpersonal or relational difficulties, and many other complex issues that they are struggling with at the time of seeking treatment. I realize it takes a lot of strength!

To help people overcome barriers, achieve goals, and take back control of their lives more to live more positively towards wholeness and wellness!

I also will work with you as a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Professional to help you learn distress tolerance skills, regulate your strong emotions, teach you mindfulness-based stress reduction as way to better manage the stressors!
