I specialize in working with people who:

Need a non-judgmental space to work through difficult life circumstances. I have specific training and experience in treating trauma disorders (PTSD, C-PTSD), couples in conflict (i.e. relationship therapy), professional/work related stress.

I became a therapist because:

I've always been a person who gravitates towards helping others. It's gratifying watching clients learn and grow. It makes a difference!

I often introduce grounding exercises, stretch, or movement in our work. I believe a holistic approach to mental health is important.

I offer traditional therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups. I also offer self-paced educational programs for overall mental health/wellness. New clients can easily schedule their first session online via my website!
