I have a holistic approach to therapy. Prior to being a therapist I worked in the health and fitness field. I understand the connection between mind and body. There are a lot things we can do naturally to support your mental healh.

I specialize in working with teens through adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

I became a therapist because:

I have struggled in my life too. After receiving therapy (which completely changed me life) I knew I wanted to help others the way I had been helped.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is in a beautiful old settlement cabin from the 1800s surrounded by nature. I call it "therapy camp".

More about me and my practice:

I am trained in several mind and body modalities including EMDR. I don't believe there is a cookie cutter approach to healing. I believe we all have our own "recipe" to wellness. When I'm not doing therapy I'm hanging with my dog Benny or reading.
