I try to meet each individual where they are at. That may mean challenging some negative thoughts you may have about yourself or the world or helping you build a set of realistic coping skills to get you where you want to be. Non-judgmental is key.

Help you to understand yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way. Start to heal from the things that trouble you. This is your space to process your emotions, thoughts, & challenges (old or new). I hope to watch you grow throughout your journey.
