My focus is on building a trusting and genuine relationship. Clients should expect to meet an authentic and caring human.

My approach is to use several evidence based practices of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention. My goal is to make the approaches we use simple, logical and practical for my clients.

Together we will create a strong rapport so that we can be honest with each other, challenge each other, and develop an evidence based plan of action that is practical for my clients and clears the barriers to achieving their goals and ambitions.

My specialty is working with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, depressive disorders and couples/family relationships. I have over a decade of experience working in 24 hour residential care with a specific focus in all of these areas.

I became a therapist because humans are amazing! Its an incredible gift and honor being able to help another person in any way possible.
